Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hrs depending on availability of parts required for said repair.

Replacement parts are sourced from a wholesale company that deals only with the manufacturer or the manufacturer themselves
WHAT IS A COMPUTER UPGRADE?
A computer upgrade consists of replacing worn out or obsolete parts to increase speed, storage or efficiency of the computer. Parts commonly replaced are Ram(memory) , hard drive (hard disk) and Cpu (Processor),and optical drive (cd/dvd) drive.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM COMPUTER?
A custom computer is a computer That is built to specifications by the customer whether it be AMD or Intel For the purposes of either gaming, a workstation or a general computer. Most computer builds can be done within 24 to 48 hours
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
Every repair, upgrade or custom build is tested thoroughly before it ever leaves the building. We guarantee that the service provided will be done precisely and all labor is guaranteed by a one year warranty. Manufacturer warranty is on every single piece of hardware that is installed. In the event that something fails due to hardware we will handle all dealings with the manufacturer to get new hardware shipped directly from the manufacturer and we will install that hardware free of charge. If the failure is due to misuse or negligence on the part of the consumer all warranty by vincomp is void and labor charges for repair will be charged
